The Danish equestrian federation, Danish warmblood and Danish Trakehner society have made their selection of horses that wil represent Danish horse breeding at the 2016 World Championships for young dressage horses in Ermelo, The Netherlands, on 29 - 31 July 2016.
After a series of selection trials and observation days in Vilhelmsborg, a final selection event was held on 1 - 2 July 2016 at the Danish warmblood head quarters in Vilhelmsborg, where the selectors made their pick.
Representing Denmark in Vilhelmsborg are:
5-year olds
- Heiline's Danciera (by Fürstenball x De Niro) - Carina Cassøe Krüth
- Jukebox (by Jazz x Rubinstein) - Michael Søgaard
- Kamar's Don Noir Hit (by Don Romantic x De Noir) - Morten Petersen
- Rockson (by Rockefeller x Sorento) - Severo Jurado Lopez
The first reserve is Bettina Laisbo on Kut´n Move (by Imperio x Le Rouge), the second reserve is Lotte Straarup on F.A. Hallow (by Temptation x Solos Landtinus).
6-year olds
- Fiontini (by Fassbinder x Romanov) - Severo Jurado Lopez
- Kipling (by Hofrat x Hohenstein) - Anne Troensegaard
- Vincent Maranello (by Zack x Future Cup) - Thomas Sigtenbjerggaard

The first reserve is Jan Moller Christensen on Fürstenblick (by Fürstenball x Bernstein), the second reserve is Michael Sogaard on Fredensdals Fountain (by Fürstenball x Stedinger).
