Anemone Samyn, owner and manager of HC Stables in Belgium, has moved her popular young Oldenburg stallion Furst William HC into training with Beatrice Buchwald.
Furst William HC is a 2012 born stallion, bred by Monika Stärk. He is by Furst Wilhelm out of La Bonita (by Lord Sinclair x Ferragamo).
He was first licensed in 2014 in Mecklenburg and appoved for the Hanoverian and Oldenburg society in 2016. He did his 30-day stallion performance test in 2015 in Schlieckau and scored 8.83 for dressage and 7.28 for show jumping. At the February 2016 Sport Test in Munster he got a 9.11 score.
Under Anna Sophie Fiebelkorn, Furst William won the 2015 Bundeschampionate. However, Samyn ended her collaboration with Fiebelkorn and briefly moved the horse to Andreas Helgstrand in Denmark before deciding she wanted him at home in Belgium. Anemone competed Furst William in the Belgian qualifiers for the World Young Horse Championships but the young stallion proved to be a handful to keep his attention on the job.
Samyn's other stallions - Bonds and Veneno - are already in training with Buchwald since January and Furst William has now joined the pack. Beatrice made her show debut on Furst William HC at the regional show in Remschied this weekend where he won the Dressage Horse A and L test.
