The 5-year old Der Schufro and the 6-year old Blickfang HC were the winners of the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the regional show in Gut Riedhausen, on Sunday 25 June 2017.
Rudolf Widmann aced the 5-year old division aboard Gestut Ammerland's Hanoverian stallion Der Schufro (by Der Designer x Schufro) on a score of 8.4. The dark bay stlalion earned 8 for walk, and 8.5 for trot, canter, submission and general impression. Ramona Ritzel followed in the distance aboard Sabine Kindler's Hanoverian gelding Billy the Kid (by Belissimo M x Worldly) with 7.7. The bay gelding got 8 for trot, 7.5 for walk and canter, 8 for submission and 7.5 for general impression.
Christina Boos and the Hanoverian gelding Blickfang HC (by Belissimo M x Brentano II) led the pack in the 6-year old division with a winning score of 7.8. The pair got 8.5 for walk, 7.5 for trot, canter and submission and 8 for general impression. Ferdinand Fisch and Illinggut's Silence (by Sir Donnerhall x Royal Hit) were second with 7.7. The Oldenburg stallion got 8.5 for walk, 8 for trot, 7.5 for canter, 7 for submission and 7.5 for general impression.
