
The chestnut filly Marilyn-Dine became the top selling foal at the 2017 Prinsjesdag Foal Auction on 20 September 2017. Jacques and Saskia Lemmers of RS2 Dressage purchased the filly for 70,000 euro.
Marilyn-Dine is by Daily Diamond x Vivaldi x Rubinstein.
Dutch junior rider Laura Hartog acquired three foals: Magic Mike Texel (by Dream Boy x Jazz) for 26,000 euro, Marnix B (by Toto Jr x Rubinstein) for 44,000 euro and Midnight Special (by St. Schufro x Vivaldi) for 13,000 euro.
The colt Milano (by Ampere x Jazz) sold for 42,000 euro, while filly Mi Amore VA (by Ampere x Charmeur) fetched a price of 32,000 euro.
Colt Montano (by Toto Jr Jazz) sold for 22,000, another Milano (by Galaxie x Stedinger) switched owners for 19,000 euro. Filly Melrose (by Dream Boy x Totilas) sold for 17,000 euro.
