Florine Kienbaum, the reserve champion in the 2017 Piaff Forderpreis German Under 25 Championships, has acquired a new rising star to add to her string of horses and to her growing business.

Forza was scouted in The Netherlands and is a 7-year old Dutch warmblood by Delatio x Kennedy. Hanoverian sire Delatio originally came from The Netherlands and was bred to a good amount of mares especially in 2008 and 2009. Through Hof Kasselmann he sold to Russian Elena Knyaginicheva and is currently one of Emile Faurie's top Grand Prix horses.

The 24-year old German Under 25 Grand Prix started her own independent business one year ago, training, competing and selling horses. The 13-year old Hanoverian Doktor Schiwago (by Don Frederico x Weltruhm) is her number one Grand Prix horse. Last week they were second in the Piaff Forderpreis Finals. In 2016 they won team gold and individual and kur silver at the 2016 European Under 25 Championships.

"I have eight horses in my stable near Münster. Forza is next to Dorincourt my future hope. I think it will be exhausting, but I'm looking forward to it," Kienbaum told Eurodressage.

Kienbaum's other young star is Dorincourt, an 8-year old Rhinelander by Diamond Hit x Florestan, which Kienbaum competed at two CDI's at small tour level this year.
