At the 2019 Danish Warmblood Late Licensing on 2 April 2019, the DWB licensing committee approved two out of four presented stallions: Blue Hors Kingston and Eye Catcher.
Stallions who were pulled at the main licensing in March or stallions who were not yet presented received a chance for Danish approval at this late licensing.
The stallions were inspected in the stall and presented on hard surface. The 'older' stallions were ridden by the own riders, whereas the 3-year old colts were lunged.
The two older stallions were accepted: the 4-year old Dutch warmblood Blue Hors Kingston (by Toto Jr x Turbo Magic), ridden by Cristian Tudela Ruiz for owner Blue Hors, and the 10-year old Dutch warmblood Eye Catcher (by Vivaldi x Partout), ridden by Severo Jurado Lopez for owner Andreas Helgstrand.
Kingston scored 8 for conformation, 8.5 for walk, 8 for trot and 8.5 for canter. Eye Catcher scored 8.0 on average for conformation and 9.5 for walk, 9 for trot, 8.5 for canter.
The two 3-year olds presented - Don Amore (by Don Romanov x San Amour) and Fire Dream (by For Romance x Desperados) - were not accepted. Both were presented by Helgstrand Dressage.
