Grégoire Naslin Passed Away

Grégoire Naslin, husband of Belgian FEI rider Larissa Pauluis, died unexpectedly on 6 May 2020.

He passed from a cardiac arrest. He was 39 years old.

Naslin was the managing director of several Carrefour supermarkets, but also heavily involved in dressage as the manager of Pauluis' equestrian business "First Step Horses" in Belgium. 

Naslin was a co-owner in his wife's top horse First Step Valentin, a licensed Westfalian stallion by Vitalis x Fidermark, who competed for Belgium in the finals of the 2017 and 2019 World Young Horse Championships in Ermelo.

Grégoire was committed to dressage sport and organised the "Young Horses Dressage Days", the 2013 Belgian young horse Championship in Gesves.

The couple has two daughters together, Capucine and Joséphine.
