Lovsta Stuteri in Sweden has decided to pull the 7-year old KWPN bred and Swedish licensed stallion Ironman H from stud duty. He will continue his career in sport.

Ironman H is a 2013 born KWPn stallion by Bordeaux out of Zartina (by Rousseau x Jazz). He is bred by Jan Hurkmans in Veghel, The Netherlands.

Originally discovered and owned as a youngster by the Singaporean investor Titan Wilaras. He was first accepted at the 2015 Oldenburg Stallion Licensing in Vechta, but rejected at the 2016 KWPN Stallion Licensing in Den Bosch

Ironman H sold to Sweden to Ucas AB.

In 2017 he was the winner of the Swedish Young Horse Championships as a 4-year old. That year he was also the most used dressage stallion in Sweden, having been bred to 131 mares and 113 mares were in foal.

Ridden by Finnish Yvonne Osterholm, the black stallion represented Finland at the 2018 and 2019 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Ermelo. In 2018 he finished 13th in the Finals as a 5-year old and in 2019 he ranked 10th in the Finals as a 6-year old.

Ironman H was standing at stud at Tinne Vilhelmson's base, Lovsta Stuteri, but they announced to pull him from stud duty.

"Ironman H has never really enjoyed being a breeding stallion," Tinne explained. "He appreciates being in training and competition and therefore, we decided to listen to him and end his breeding season today."

Tinne confirmed to Eurodressage that Ironman does not really have the drive to jump the phantom and it has been decided a career in sport will be more to his liking.
