Vom Feinsten and Dante's Hit Win 2020 Kronberg Bundeschampionate Qualifier

Frederic Wandres and Vom Feinsten OLD at Schafhof in Kronberg

The 5-year old Vom Feinsten OLD and the 6-year old Dante's Hit became the winners of the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the Schafhof Dressage Festival in Kronberg, Germany, on 26 - 28 June 2020. 

Nineteen 5-year old pairs came to the gorgeous equestrian of Ann Kathrin Linsenhoff in Kronberg to secure a ticket to Warendorf. The winner of the class was Hof Kasselmann's Frederic Wandres aboard TJB horses' Oldenburg stallion Vom Feinsten OLD (by Vivaldi x Sandro Hit) with an 8.3 score. The stallion earned 8 for walk, 8.5 for trot and canter, 8 for submission and 8.5 for general impression from judges Hartwig Knapp, Katrina Wüst, and Reinhard Richenhagen. Two combinations tied in second place with an 8.2 total score. Katrin Burger and Deuerer's Hanoverian gelding Sarotti de Leona (by Sarotti Mocca Sahne x Don Bosco) received 9 for walk, and 8 for trot, canter, submission and general impression. Norwegian Isabel Freeze and Paul Schockemöhle's Oldenburg stallion Go First PS (by Governor x Furstenball) earned 8 for walk and trot, 8.5 for canter, 8 for submission and 8.5 for general impression. 

Sixteen 6-year olds were in Kronberg and judges Hartwig Knapp, Tina Viebahn and Dietrich Plewa preferred the ride of Dorothee Schneider on the Oldenburg gelding Dante's Hit (by Dante Weltino x Sandro Hit). They topped the board with an 8.8 total after receiving 9 for walk, 8.5 for trot and canter and 9 for submission and general impression. Hof Kasselmann's Lars Ligus and the Hanoverian stallion Dinay (by Dimaggio x Argentinus) were the runners-up on 8.1. The dark bay earned 8 for walk and trot, 8.5 for canter, 7.5 for submission and 8.5 for general impression. Two pairs tied in third place with 8.0: Annika Korte on Carol Hweijan Lee's Oldenburg Cartoon (by Totilas x Don Frederico) and Hannah Schilling on her own DSP bred Quantico (by Quadroneur x Don Larino).
