The United States Equestrian Federation has endorsed two new CDI's in Wellingon, Florida, in the autumn of 2020 ahead of the 2021 Global Dressage Festival.

Dressage-News.com reported that two 3*-level CDI's have been scheduled with the FEI on 12 - 15 Novevember and 10 - 13 Dececember, one of them trying to get World Cup qualifier status.

The news comes at a time that corona infection in Florida has been spiking with over 10,000 infections recorded each day for the past seven days!

Three more CDI's are scheduled to take place in the U.S.A. this autumn: CDI Tryon (22 - 25 October), CDI Temecula (11 - 15 November), and CDI Thermal (19 - 22 November).

The 2020 Global Dressage Festival show circuit, that was scheduled to run for 12 weeks through the end of March, was cut short by two weeks because of coronavirus. The incomplete calendar of U.S. events for 2021 shows Wellington’s Global circuit beginning with a CDI-W on 7 - 10 January 2021.
