Austrian Grand Prix rider Evelyn Haim-Swarovski has acquired the 6-year old Oldenburg Dante's Hit. The purchase took place already half a year ago before the corona outbreak.
Dante's Hit is a 2014 born Oldenburg gelding by Dante Weltino out of Samantha (by Sandro Hit x Rohdiamant). He is bred by Sam Duckworth.
Horse dealer Arnold Winter acquired Dante's Hit and then resold him to Hans Nolte of Hofgut Rosenau, who put the gelding in training with Dorothee Schneider.
The horse made its national show debut as a 5-year old and was first competed by Stefanie Hladik in April 2019.
Under Dorothee Schneider Dante's Hit was selected to represent Germany at the 2019 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Ermelo, where he finished 12th in the Finals on a score of 8.64 points.
Dante's Hit returned to the competition ring on 22 May 2020 with Schneider, who rode him in an M-level dressage horse test in Wartenberg. The pair finished second with 7.7.
Schneider has been long-time trainer of the Austrian Grand Prix rider Evelyn Haim-Swarovski and the gelding has now been sold to her as a Grand Prix hopeful. The horse has stayed in training with Dorothee during the corona lockdown and qualified for the Bundeschampionate.
