Pascoe Sells for 105,000 euro at 2020 Borculo Foal Auction

Pascoe, one of the most hyped foals on social media, sold for 105,000 euro to a Dutch investor in the 2020 Borculo Online Foal Auction.

Pascoe is by Le Formidable x Wynton and bred by Nathalie Smeets. He sold to Dutch stallion owner Eric Koele of Turfhorst stud and two business partners.

Helgstrand Dressage purchased the second most expensive foal, Paisible (by Kjento x Krack C), for 51,000 euro, even though the online auction website listed this foal as sold to The Netherlands. 

The third most expensive foal was colt Pjento E (by Kjento x Bordeaux) who will move to Spain for 38,000 euro. 

A Dutch buyer acquired the most expensive filly, Philourava (by Valverde x Zambuka), for 29,000 euro, but the organizers confirmed this foal sold to Kuwait. 

An American customer bought Pivadorette (by Furst Jazz x Farrington), for 26,500 euro and Prima Donna Utopia (by Secret x Westpoint) for 23,500 euro. 

The Belgian bred Unicum van de Kempenhoeve (by Donier x Totilas) fetched 21,000 euro and will move from Belgium to Holland. 

A Norwegian client bought Paolita O (by Fontaine x Bordeaux) for 21,000 euro. Brits acquired Piak Noordenhoek (by Totilas x De Niro) for 15,000 euro and Please Me K van Kattenheye (by Franziskus x Scandic) for 12,000 euro. 

The average price for a foal in this Borculo auction was 15,100 euro.
