Sportpferde Scholz has matched dressage riders with their ideal sport partners for more than 20 years. Auction No. 1, organized by Sportpferde Scholz manager Fabian Scholz on 28 February 2021, is the first auction with a collection fulfilling all expectations.
It is extraordinary for an auction to include unbroken 3-year-olds in the collection on the one hand, as well as horses trained up to Prix St. Georges level with potential for Grand Prix on the other hand. Sportpferde Scholz makes it possible.
Hybrid Auction on 28 February 2021
The Hybrid Auction begins at 6 p.m. on 28 February 2021 with bidding live at the event, as well as online. The event is open to the public and broadcast by www.clipmyhorse.tv.
“The deep uncertainty of many of my international clients, as well as travelling becoming harder for everyone this year, supported our decision in bringing the horses online directly into the homes of possible new owners," explains Fabian Scholz. “Our great collection has horses for all expectations and for all price categories. Such a collection on just one day is truly exceptional.”
Collection of 25 Dressage Athletes
The lot contains 25 horses and offers the aspiring young star, the Bundeschampionate competitor or the Grand Prix prospect, as well as “a few great, safe horses trained up to M- and S-level for the ambitious amateur or younger rider”, emphasizes Scholz.
One of Scholz’ favorites is First Choice, a 9-year-old son by Fürstenball, already highly successful as a five- and six-year-old at the Bundeschampionate and meanwhile trained up to Prix St. Georges level with victories over 75 percent.
How it works
The auction lot with photos, videos and with the results of the pre-purchase vet examination at Mennrath’s will be published on 7 February 2021 on www.sportpferde-scholz.de.
As of the 8 February 2021, clients can trial ride the horses after making an appointment by telephone and in strict compliance with Corona-protective rules. If any of the Corona restrictions shouldn’t apply anymore prior to the date of the auction, it might be possible to allow guests on the premises in accordance with current Corona-requirements.
Charity - Happiness for the little ones
Many reasons made 2020 a truly special year- a truly happy one especially for Carina and Fabian Scholz, as they got married last October and are expecting their first child.
“This is obviously our main focus right now”, says Fabian Scholz. Due to the fact of children and horses being the two main topics in their life, the couple decided to use the auction in order to support the association “Pferde für unsere Kinder e.V.” After the auction, one of the famous wooden horses and a learning bag by “Pferde für unsere Kinder e.V. will be donated to the Marienkindergarten in Glandorf.
