Swedish Under 25 Grand Prix rider Lina Dolk has acquired a future Grand Prix hopeful in the 7-year old Just on Time.

Just on Time is 2014 born Dutch warmblood by Jazz out of Bione (by Negro x Mataro x Balzflug). He is bred by A. Bergmans-Wagemansin Oisterwijk, The Netherlands.

Licensing Candidate

He was discovered by Dutch horse dealer Egbert Schep, who acquired him at the 2014 Limburg Foal Auction. As a rising three-year old Just on Time was selected for the second phase of the 2017 KWPN Stallion Licensing, but not approved.

Just on Time sold at the 2017 KWPN Select Sale for 44,000 euro to Johanna Sterner of Cadiac Dressage in Sweden.

The black resurfaced in Sweden as a gelding and in 2018 Swedish Grand Prix rider Jeanna Hogberg partnered with Cadiac Dressage in the ownership.

Under Hogberg, he competed in 2018 in the 4-year old young horse test at the third Elmia Scandinavian Horse Show and placed third with 81.200 points. He returned to the arena in 2020 winning a 6-year old class with 77.40 in Stromsholm in March. In June he finished second with 72.027 points in a medium level test in a national show in Overby.

Just On Time  sold to the 23-year old Lina Dolk six weeks ago.

In a blog on unrealistic expectations in horse sales, Lina mentioned stated, "I bought Justin for a lot of money even though he has only two starts down his belt and is very unproven. But he offered a feeling I had never felt before and then I am grateful that I have ridden so many different horses for several years that I realized it. He had the extra."

Professional Career

Dolk made her international show debut as a pony rider in 2013 on the pony Oj Oj, who had competed at the 2010 European Pony Championships for Norway under Julie Malene Fusdahl. In 2014 she campaigned her own Jouleen af Hogberget (by Biggles x Marino) at international junior level, winning the kur to music at the 2014 CDIO Aalborg.

Dolk's greatest successes in the show ring were achieved on horses borrowed from her trainer Kristian von Krusenstierna, Biggles and Languedoc. She campaigned Biggles (by Briar) in the Under 25 division from 2016 till 2018 and Languedoc (by Laomedon) at young riders level in 2018.

Dolk disappeared from the international scene but has focused on competing nationally and developing her own professional business.

In 2020 Lina went full throttle at national shows, competing her own 11-year old De-Lazet-Ö (by De Noir x Solos Landtinus) and her own 7-year old Buskhagas Arundhati (by Ampere x Davignon), as well as Linnéa Sellström's Hedelunds Miss Infinity (by Temptation x Hotline),  Annika Tibell's Concannon (by Zuidenwind x Bocelli),

Most recently she rode Languedoc to a third place in the 2021 Lovsta Future Challenge Finals for Under 25 riders on 6 February 2021.
