Riva-Noeska (by So Perfect x Apache) became the top seller in the early spring edition of the 2021 Prinsjesdag Online Foal Auction which concluded on 18 May 2021.
The black filly sold for 15,000 euro to a Dutch client.
Five Over 10,000
The second best selling foal was the black colt Roaring Spring (by Totilas x Charmeur) sold for 13,000 euro to a Dutch client.
Riverdale SQBS (by Johnny Depp x Uphill) stays in Holland and had an auction price of 12,000 euro.
The strikingly coloured Robinson (by Fontaine x Florencio) found a new owner for 11,000 euro and will also stay in Holland. The bay filly Ruby VDV (by First Date x Oscar) fetched 10,000 euro.
Dutch Buyers Strike
Pretty much all foals stay in The Netherlands and less than a handful will move abroad.
The bay colt Rhyncho (by Fynch Hatton x All at Once) fetched 8,000 euro and will also stay in Holland after a bidding duel with an American and Hungarian customer. Reinberg JB (by Bloomberg x Cachet L) was one of the very few to the U.SA for 8,000 euro.
Several dressage foals sold for 7,000 euro, including Rockefeller (by Taminiau x Jazz) and Rolex Avo (by Jameson x Jazz).
