After a one year break from competition in 2020, the team of the International Dressage Competition at Jiva Hill Stables proudly announces the fourth edition of their CDI on 20 - 22 August 2021.
This year the CDI has been promoted to a 4* level for the first time and will include an Under 25 division, alongside the traditional 3* classes.
The event takes place at the 50-hectare equestrian centre of the Jiva Hill Resort in Crozet, France, located in a natural park of the Haut-Jura.
Twelve Nations
So far 70 horses from 12 different nations have been entered to compete at the 2021 CDI Crozet. A panel of 10 diffierent judges will officiate with Raphael Saleh (FRA) as president of the ground jury.
The programme includes the 3* small tour (PSG - Inter I - Inter I Kur) and big tour (GP - GPS - GPF). For the 4* division a Grand Prix and Kur to Music are scheduled. The Under 25 riders will contest the short Grand Prix and Kur.
Dress Tour
This year the CDI at Jiva Hill Stables is part of the "Dress Tour" circuit under the auspices of the French Equestrian Federation (FFE). It brings together the 8 CDI competitions hosted in France this year at 3* or higher level.
The three best French combinations that have scored a minimum of 68% in the Grand Prix will get a special national bonus prize, on top of the CDI purse.
For the visitors at the event, various entertainment is offered in the trade fair. There will be a raffle with very attractive prizes: business class tickets on Air France flights, beauty products from the Sothys range, and Charles Heidsieck champagne, amongst other gifts.
