The Equine Sport Center Olomouc in Czech Republic is proud to be hosting its first international dressage competition on 19 - 22 May 2022 and is immediately setting the barn high with a World Cup qualifier CDI-W and 3* event.
The show promises to be action packed with a full programme of classes from young horse and pony level all the way to Grand Prix. Nine competition divisions and a total of thirty-three class are scheduled.
Top Quality Facility for Top Level Sport
Considered to be the most exclusive equestrian centre in the Czech Republic, the Equine Sport Center Olomouc boasts all-weather footing in all arenas, permanent boxes for the competition horses with automatic waterers, six shower bays, an on-site tack store, and restaurant. Indoor and outdoor warm-up and training arenas are available to the riders.
The president of the ground jury at the CDI-W/3* is Gabriela Valeriánová (4 * CZE) joined by an experienced panel of judges including Elisabeth Max-Theurer (5 * AUT), Ilja Vietor (4 * SVK), Barbara Franyo (3 * HUN), and Christof Umbach (5 * LUX ).
Known for its friendly atmosphere and good implementation of its arenas, the equestrian center is a 10-minutes walk from the historical city centre of Olomouc (UNESCO heritage) and close to hotels and malls.
Drive and Commitment to the Sport
"Three years ago, the Equine Sport Center Olomouc complex was a newcomer in dressage," said Smrčková, "but our organizing team quickly became familiar with this discipline and, thanks to our rich experience in show jumping, we were able to turn the venue into a popular place for dressage shows in a short time."
Smrčková continued, "we are thrilled to be hosting our first international dressage competition and with the help of Thomas Baur are sure this show will run smoothly as a competition for riders and by riders."

National federations can register their riders for international dressage competitions in Olomouc. The final deadline for applications is May 5.
