The world premiere of the "Master Grand Prix over 60" Tour at the 2022 CDI Fritzens found its swinging climax in the Grand Prix Music Freestyle in front of well-filled grandstands in the Alpenstadion at equestrian centre Schindlhof on 9 July 2022.
Bianca Kasselmann Victorious
Grand Prix winner Bianca Kasselmann (GER) triumphed with Dom Perignon to German hits like "Rote Lippen soll man küssen" also in the music freestyle - and that with an impressive 73.525 percent.
Host and inventor of the Master Grand Prix over 60 Evelyn Haim-Swarovski and her mare Delilah Royal, still very hot-blooded at 17, danced to the sounds of a Bee Gees medley to second place with a strong 72.94 percent.
Third place went to the German Maria Rösch with Quadiro with a score of 72.325 percent. All three Master over 60 premiere riders were invited by Countess Ulrike Walderdorff, daughter of the legendary Donnerhall owner Otto Schulte-Frohlinde, to stay with accompaniment at the beautiful Irish castle called Artramon Farm.
To Be Continued
"We are very happy that the world premiere was so well received by the judges, as well as the audience," said Evelyn Haim-Swarovski, who received a kiss from her daughter Marie at the award ceremony.
In any case, the Masters format will be continued at the Kasselmann tournaments Horses & Dreams in Hagen and in Ludwigsburg. Also in Wellington (USA) one already thinks of including a Masters over 60 tour.
