Gestut Sprehe has sold its 10-year old Hanoverian licensed stallion Le Vivaldi as a junior rider horse. German Matilda Tietje will be competing the black stallion.
Le Vivaldi is a 2012 born Hanoverian by Vivaldi out of Soljanka (by Sandro Hit x De Niro x Weltmeyer). He is bred by Wilhelm Klausing.
Premium Stallion
The black was licensed and became premium at the 2014 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing in Verden. He sold for 230,000 euro to Gestut Sprehe.
He did his 30-day stallion performance test in 2015 and scored 7.64 for dressage and 7.35 for show jumping to finish on a total of 7.75 points. In 2017 he did his sport test in Munster-Handorf and scored 8.12 points.
As a breeding stallion, Le Vivaldi has sired three licensed sons (Le Monsieur, LaFerrari, Le Vermont) and seven state premium daughters. Ninety of his offspring is registered for sport in Germany
Sport
Le Vivaldi was only very lightly competed.
Swedish Michelle Hagman, who worked for Gestut Sprehe at the time, rode Le Vivaldi in his first competition at A-level in August 2016.
In 2018 Anna-Sophie Fiebelkorn presented him once at M-level, while in 2020 Sabine Rüben took over the reins and competed him in a Prix St Georges class at the CDN Exloo.
In 2021 Rüben rode him in the Nurnberger Burgpokal qualifier in Herzlake and placed second. It was his last show before selling.
Matilda Tietje
The licensed stallion has been sold to German junior rider Matilda Tietje, who made her show debut last weekend at the CDN Ankum, where she placed second in an M**test.
This year Tietje has been competing at junior rider's level with Apollo HS (by Apache x Davignon II), Feingefuhl (by Furstenball x Farewell III) and Kirsten Biermann's former ride Zwetcher (by Sir Sinclair x Jetset D) who was owned by Gestut Sprehe.
