In Or Out?
After announcing the nominative entry list, the Portuguese equestrian federation told Eurodressage that it made a mistake on Brasil's entry as he apparently had not fulfiled all qualification criteria.
The rider, FEP and the FEI were seeking a solution at the time of publication of this article, before the definitive entry date. According to the rider, the problem lies with FEP which did not properly communicate its general national qualification criteria to the FEI at the start of the season. Brasil states he fulfilled all FEI criteria for qualification for Ermelo.
A week later, on 11 July, FEP confirmed to Eurodressage that Brasil's entry has been accepted. "it was a technical problema in the system, is resolve(d), so he will compete," FEP stated.
