Italy
The dressage department of the Italian Equestrian federation has announced the nominated horses that will represent Italy at the 2022 World Championships for young dressage horses in Ermelo on 3 - 6 August 2023.
Team captain Marina Sciocchetti will accompany the pairs in Ermelo. Italy has one starting place per age category.
Representing Italy are:
5-year olds
- Francesco Sangiorgi on Bonso (Hanoverian by Bon Coeur x Santino)
- Reserve: Nausicaa Maroni – Zambrone (Westfalian by Zoom x Biasini)
6-year olds
- Francesca Rapazzoli – Drop of Fonteabeti (Hanoverian by Franklin x Don Gregory)
7-year olds
- Andrea Sangiorgi – Soiree's Night PS (Hanoverian by Soiree d'Amour x Negro)
- Reserve: Nausicaa Maroni – Franky di Fonteabeti (Hanoverian by Franklin x Wynton)
The definite entry deadline is 19 July.
