Equestrian Canada (EC) announced the athletes who will represent the red and white in the CDIO 3* FEI Nations Cup at the Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, FL on 21 - 25 February 2024.
These up-and-coming Canadian athletes will compete against elite dressage athletes from around the globe in an unique, team-based setting.
The Canadian Dressage Team for the FEI Nations Cup Wellington is:
- Denielle Gallagher-LeGriffon on her own Come Back de Massa
- Mathilde Blais Tetreault on her own Fedor
- Rakeya Moussa on her own Davidoff van het Trichelhof
The chef d'equipe will be Alison Gallagher.
“This group of next gen athletes selected for the CDIO3* Nations’ Cup have shown determination, delivering strong performances for our country. All have worked tremendously hard, with the support of family, friends, and sponsors to prepare for this event,” said EC Senior Manager Dressage Olympic/Paralympic Program Christine Peters. “We are extremely proud to have them represent the maple leaf."
