Double Delight became the solo price highlight of the 2024 DSP Spring Delights Online Auction of riding horses for which the bidding closed on 21 April 2024.
The 11-year old mare Double Delight (by Don Frederic x Jazz Time) fetched the top price of 72,000 euro and will remain in Germany.
The second most expensive horse was far cheaper and was the 3-year old For Glory (by Foundation x Dream Boy) which sold for 20,000 euro.
A British client bought the 5-year old Schokominza (by Springbank II x Ehrentanz) for 18,500 euro. Also moving to the U.K. is Esceltino (by Escamillo x Dante Weltino) for 8,250 euro.
De Dandelion (by De Sandro x Domherr) goes to Switzerland for 17,500 euro.
Aside from one jumper going to Hungary, the rest of the collection stays in Germany.
The average price for a horse in this auction is 16,544 euro.
