The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has announced the team that will represent the U.S.A. in the FEI Nations Cup at the 2024 CDIO Rotterdam on 20 - 23 June 2024.
A large group of Americans has landed in Europe to compete in the final U.S. Olympic team selection trials. Seven riders with eight horses have been short-listed and are eligible for team selection but more Americans came to Europe to compete for experience and mileage.
After the first "trial" at the CDI Hagen, the group is now being split up with four going to Rotterdam and the most likely ones up for team consideration riding at the CDI Kronberg the same weekend.
Competing in Rotterdam are:
- Katherine Bateson Chandler - Haute Couture
- Ashley Holzer - Hansel
- Kevin Kohmann - Dunensee
- Jennifer Williams - Joppe K
Half a day after publication of this article, Williams told Eurodressage that she won’t be in Rotterdam. “I’m not able to logistically get there in time unfortunately,” she said.
