Fibuna and Vivantes became the price highlight of the DSP foal auction titled "Derby Future Dreams" held at Waldhauserhof in Germany on 24 August 2024.
For the first time, Christoph Rowold wielded the hammer at this hybrid auction. Thirty-four foals were offered for sale and they sold at an average price of 7,919 euro.
The top selling price was 22,000 euro for which two foals sold. Filly Fibuna (by Fair Deal x Vitalis), bred by Frieder Hellemann, and colt Vivantes (by Vivaldos x For Romance) bred by Hendrik Niehe. He is out of the 2010 Hanoverian Elite Mare champion.
Filly Viva Carmina (by Vingino x Casall) sold for 12,000 euro to the U.S.A., while filly Be Mine (by Be My Dancer x Quaterback) fetched 11,500 euro.
Colt Global Dancer (by Global Player x Sandro Hit) sold for 8,500 euro, just like Fellow (by Fair Deal x Benetton Dream).
