Schneetempel and Abrakadabra became the best selling foals of the two online foal auctions which the Trakehner Verband held in September and October 2024.
15 September: Schneetempel
In the online auction from 9 - 15 September 2024, the bay colt Schneetempel (by Kenneth x Munchhausen) became the best seller, fetching a price of 24,750 euro.
The second most experience foal was a colt Umarew (by Polartanz x Lichtblick), which sold to Austria for 13,500 euro.
The most expensive filly was Cherokee Moon (by Tecumseh x Silvery Moon xx) which will stay in Germany for 10,000 euro. Filluy (by Glücksruf I x Tanzpartner) sold for 8,000.
The average price for a foal at this auction was 9,875 euro. Complete results here.
6 October: Abrakadabra
The best seller was the bay filly Abrakadabra (by Helium x Tambour) which sold for 8,000 euro.
High Heels (by Tecumseh x Undercover) sold for 7,250 euro and Beeten tu Huus (by Tecumseh x Cavallieri xx) went for 6,000 euro.
