His Lusitano breeding stallion and Olympic Grand Prix horse Escorial (by Spartacus x Jiboia by Edo) is one of only a few "5* recommended" stallions by the Portuguese Lusitano studbook (APSL). Furthermore Escorial wrote history by being the only Lusitano stallion approved for four of Germany's major studbooks: Westfalen, Oldenburg, Rhinelander, and DSP.

Mantovani wants to offer breeders the chance to integrate Escorial's lineage into their breeding programme.

"Escorial has proven himself in so many ways; not only in sport by competing at the 2021 Olympics and 2022 World Championships, but also as a breeding stallion with his young offspring, such as Nuelo and Orion de la Gesse who competed at the World Young Horse Championships," said Thiago.

"I want to give breeders direct access to high quality mares lines in combination with our top stallion Escorial and his bloodline through his son Nuelo," said Thiago. "Instead of spending much time crossing the peninsula in search of the right mare, we offer the mares directly to you in combination with two breedings for the years to come."

Not only will it help deepen Escorial's genetic pool for Lusitano breeding but it also provides an easy stepping stone to Lusitano breeders to fuse quality into their herd.
