So Next Level has been proclaimed the champion of the 2025 NRPS Stallion Licensing in Dronten on 22 March 2025.
The NRPS licensing committee accepted no less than 41 (!!) stallions for the performance test: 18 dressage stallions, 11 jumpers, and 12 pony stallions.
The black KWPN registered So Next Level (by Next Level x Negro) was named the champion. He is bred by the Belgian horse milk farm Trichelhof and co-owned with Stal van de Sande.
The KWPN bred Swarovski RW (by Desperado x Everdale), bred by G. Tilma and owned by Bart Pouw, was named the reserve champion. NRPS stallion name is now "Dazzling Diamond".
The NRPS society changes the names of the horses to one with the first letter similar to the first letter of the sire's name (German system). The majority of these stallions are KWPN registered and have an original KWPN name. Some licensed colts retained their KWPN name.
Two additional stallions were named premium, both are sired by Las Vegas. They are Lovely Spike and Le Stadivarius.
In the pony division Klein Roderijs Next Cassanova (by FS Next Diamond x Klein Roderijs Cocktail), bred by Andrea Rook and owned by Hilde Drent & G. Hemmes, was named champion. The reserve champion is Maserati ER (by Westerhuis Mercury x Bodo), bred by H. Ebbers and owned by R. Elders and F. Krieger-Kerssies.
