The bay colt Little Lindenberg became the best seller in the 2025 Schloss Wickrath Foal Auction Special on 17 May 2025.
A collection of 12 foals was on offer at this OnLive auction in Wickrath, organized by the Rhinelander breed society.
Little Lindenberg (by Lindenberg x Valdiviani), bred by Tobias Schult, sold for the top hammer price of 20,000 euro.
The second most expensive foal was the colt Eclair (by Escolar x For Romance II), bred by Anette Bürgers. He fetched 16,500 euro.
The filly India P (by Iowa Gold x Escamillo), bred by Renate Paessens, went for 16,000 euro. Filly Ventania P (by Veneno x Furst Romancier) went for 12,500 euro. Filly Violina (by Vjento x Quaterback) found a new owner for 11,000 euro.
Colt Viviano ARB (by Venturo x San Amour) also cracked the 10K marker and sold for 10,000 euro.
Be The One HS (by Be Sure x Franziskus) had a hammer price of 8,000 euro.
Approximately 80% of the collection of foals sold to new owners for an average price just under 10,000 euro.
