At the start of 2026 the Canadian Equestrian Federation has announced the squad listed dressage riders which are member of the "Dressage National Team Program."
A-squad combinations have a team top 8 objective at the World Championships and Olympic Games. Performance Criteria Minimum eligibility requirements for athlete/horse combinations Three (3) panel scores of 68%, or better, from CDI3*, or higher, competitions in the Big Tour Technical tests (Grand Prix/Grand Prix Special).
Athletes who were members of the most recent Olympic or World Championship team qualify for inclusion in the national team program for the two years immediately following the respective Games or Championships.
A-squad listed are:
- Camille Carier Bergeron - Finnlanderin - 68.790

- Naima Moreira Laliberté - Statesman
- Chris von Martels - Eclips
Von Martels' horse Eclips has been leased to an American rider, though, and at this point it is unsure whether Moreira Laliberté will continue competing her 19-year old Statesman for another season. Statesman made his international show debut as a 6-year old in 2013 and has been competing at international Grand Prix level since 2016. 2025 would be his 10th consecutive year in CDI Grand Prix sport.
B-squad listed riders
B-squad listed riders compete at Prix St Georges level or above with two panel scores of 67%, or better, from CDI1* or higher.
