Triumph Stables is looking for a motivated, proactive groom to join our team at our newly established stable section at Reitanlage Vogtes Erbe in Lüdinghausen, Münsterland.
We're moving into a newly upgraded and rebuilt modern stable section with all the facilities you need: solarium, dedicated wash bay, new tack room, upgraded lighting and more. Everything built the way we want it.
Norwegian Grand Prix rider Jonas Elvebakk has represented Norway at the European Dressage Championships. Our dressage stable focuses on developing young horses through to Grand Prix level – with patience over pressure, and quality over quantity.
Who we're looking for
Someone with Fingerspitzengefühl – who loves what they do and wants to be part of a small team where you can make a real difference. We value initiative, a positive attitude, and someone who takes pride in the details. This is not a riding position – but if you have riding skills, great. During travel, occasional lunging or light exercise may be helpful.
The position
• Daily grooming, tacking up, turnout, and basic stable duties
• Mucking out
• 5.5-day work week
