Anmore Dressage enters a new chapter as two of the sport’s most respected professionals step into leadership roles alongside founder Martin Price.
Anmore Dressage is proud to announce the appointment of Jezz Palmer and Lucy Palmer as shareholders/directors of the business, marking a significant and exciting step forward in the brand’s long-term vision.
Clear Ethos
Founded by Martin Price, Anmore Dressage was built on a clear ethos: putting horses and people first, investing in the right environment, and creating a professional yet supportive setting in which talent can thrive. Since its inception, the brand has grown steadily in scale, reputation, and ambition, but Martin has always been clear that true excellence in dressage requires deep, specialist expertise.
“From the very beginning, I knew that my role was to create the opportunity,” says Martin. “But I was also realistic. My experience would only ever take Anmore so far. To truly progress, to produce horses at the highest level and build something sustainable, I needed to entrust the future of the yard to people with proven knowledge, results, and integrity within the sport.”
Trust
That trust was built through working closely with Jezz Palmer. A rider known for his consistency, work ethic, and success in producing horses through the levels, Jezz has trained multiple horses to Grand Prix level, competed internationally, and achieved an impressive record of national and regional titles. Over time, Martin witnessed not only Jezz’s ability as a rider, but also his leadership on the yard, his standards, his calm authority, and his commitment to doing things properly.
Alongside this, Lucy Palmer’s rise within the industry made an equally strong impression. Widely respected for her horsemanship, adaptability, and thoughtful training approach, Lucy has built her career through top competition yards, international experience, and the successful production of horses to Grand Prix and Small Tour level. Her influence extends beyond the arena, playing a key role in team management, client relationships, and the day-to-day running of a professional operation.

Strategic Development
As Directors, Jezz and Lucy will lead the training, production, and competition programmes, while working closely with Martin on the strategic development of the business. Their shared vision focuses on producing horses correctly and sustainably, strengthening Anmore’s position within the UK, and building a reputation internationally for quality, consistency, and professionalism.
This appointment reflects a long-term commitment rather than a short-term shift. It signals Anmore Dressage’s intention to grow with purpose, retaining its core values while embracing the experience and leadership required to compete at the highest levels of the sport.
For clients, owners, and professionals across the equestrian industry, the message is clear: Anmore Dressage is investing in expertise, continuity, and the future.
And this is only the beginning.
