Austrian young rider team member Florentina Jöbstl has acquired a new horse as an Under 25 hopeful: Mr Lova Lova.

Mr. Lova Lova is a 9-year old Oldenburg gelding by Morricone out of Gran Amour (by San Amour x Rubinstein). He is bred at Stall Troff.

Owned by Karsten Aberth and Dr. Gregor Richter, the gelding was put in training with German based Polish Grand Prix rider Beata Stremler.

She debuted the gelding in July 2022 at A-level in Greven. In 2023 she moved him up to M-level riding mainly at local shows. In 2024 they reached S-level and in September rode their first high profile show at the Nurnberger Burgpokal qualifier in Darmstadt. They were fifth and fourth.

In 2025 they competed three times at Prix St Georges and Intermediaire I level. At home the horse was schooling Grand Prix.

Mr Lova Lova, who goes by "Urmel" at home, has now been sold to the Jöbstl family. Florentina has taken on the ride.

She will train him under the supervision of her employer, Charlott Maria Schürmann, for whom she began riding in September 2025 while also studying Business Administration.

" I couldn’t be more grateful to have him and will do my best to give him a great home," Jöbstl commented.
