The Hanoverian breeding stallion Re Primeur has been sold by the Landsgestut Celle and is currently in training with Julia Katharina von Platen. Celle manager Burkhard Bade sold Re Primeur (Rotspon x Wolkenstein II) to Gut Daxau

in South Germany. The former German young rider Julia Katharina von Platen will be training the licensed stallion, who is now stationed at Platenhof in Wietze, Germany.

"I'm very happy with him and the owners are very proud to have bought this stallion," Julia Katharina von Platen told Eurodressage. "He gives the rider a great feeling in every gait. You can ride this horse with much sensibility and concentration. He's extraordinary to handle, becaus he has such a loving character."

Von Platen will be training the stallion with the aim of qualifying for next year's World Young Horse Championships and the Bundeschampionate. Under his former rider Wolfhard Witte, Re Primeur won the Hanoverian Stallion Championship, winning the title of Best Bred Hanoverian Stallion Born in 2000.

In the future, Re Primeur will also be financially supported by the FRH foundation (Sponsorship Foundation for Hanoverian Riding Horses). At shows, he will carry the FRH abbreviation behind his name.
