Don Bedo Passed Away

The Westfalian licensed stallion Don Bedo has passed away. The dark bay stallion by Donnerhall out of State Premium Mare Rosita (by Rosenkavalier x Apart x Cyrus) was humanely put down.

Bred by Maria Bergjohann from Dülmen, Don Bedo was only 12-years old.

Don Bedo was the champion of the 1998 Stallion Licensing and passed his performance test with an overall score of 119,05. He placed fourth out of eighteen stallions and finished second in dressage with a score of 131,87.

Don Bedo produced 25 state premium mares and has 158 offspring registered as sport horse. His most famous son was the champion of the 2003 Westfalian licensing, Dancing Dynamite (out of Florin by Fidermark I x Worldchamp). Don Bedo I was trained to S level in dressage and has a licensed fullbrother Don Bedo II.

The Landgestut Warendorf dealt with several deaths recently. The old-timers Prestige xx and the 1980 Licensing champion Weltruf (by Windesi xx) passed away. Precioso (by Pit I) also died.
