The United States Equestrian Federation has announced that the 2010 U.S. Dressage Championships, also known as the Festival of Champions, will be the official selection trial for the 2010 World Equestrian Games. The top performing riders during the two weeks of competition at the Festival will make it on the team that will represent the U.S.A. at the WEG in Kentucky.
The 2010 Festival of Champions will be held over two weeks: August 6-8 and August 13-15, 2010 at the USET Foundation Headquarters in Gladstone, NJ.
The first half of the Grand Prix U.S. Dressage Championship and the Intermediaire I Championship will run over the first weekend and the Junior, Young Rider and Young Adult ‘Brentina Cup,’ as well as the conclusion of the Grand Prix U.S. Dressage Championship will run over the second weekend.
