Gabriele Eder's chestnut colt Sacramento (by Sir Donnerhall I x Wolkentanz II x Walt Disney) became the price highlight of the 2nd Bavarian Foal Auction held in Munich on 14 - 15 September 2012. The colt sold for 19,000 euro.
Eighty-eight foals were offered for sale at this Bavarian Foal Auction of which seventeen dropped out or were not sold. The average price for a foal was 4,085 euro.
The second most expensive foal was the chestnut colt Canterbury (by Charmeur x Sungold), bred by Lisa Dressler. It achieved a knock down price of 11,000 euro. One more foal sold for 10,000 euro or more and that was a jumper colt Cascaval (by Chacco Chacco x Ridwan xx). He sold for 10,000 euro.
