Friedberger, Top Seller at 2012 Oldenburg Winter Mixed Sales in Vechta

The bay Oldenburg gelding Friedberger became the top selling horse at the 2012 Winter Mixed Sales in Vechta, Germany, on 8 December 2012. A Belgian buyer acquired the Fidertanz x Dream of Heidelberg x Vondel von Hendrixhof offspring for 62,000 euro.

The same Belgian buyers also bought San Moritz, a Sandro Hit x Don Schufro offspring, for 27,000 euro.

Most expensive show jumper was the 3-year old Berlinale (by Berlin x Quinar) which moved to The Netherlands for 28,000  euro.

Monaco based Bernadette Brune acquired four horses in total: Quality Pure (Quaterback x Rohdiamant - 13,000 euro), Firlefanz (by Fidertanz x Sandro Hit - 20,000), Royal Rose (by Sir Donnerhall x Rohdiamant - 7,500), and Revue Girl (by Riccio x Latimer - 13,000). 

An American customer paid 26,000 euro for Starkstrom (by Sandro Hit x Brentano II).

The average price for a horse at this auction was 13,684 euro.
