Excellent Dressage Sales (EDS) organizes an auction for top dressage horses and foals in collaboration with the KWPN. The auction will take place on Saturday 30 July 2016 during the World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo, The Netherlands. This World Championships auction offers a unique opportunity for breeders and foal owners to have access to a world-class platform.
The organization aims to auction 10 to 15 excellent dressage foals and 10 to 15 outstanding dressage horses from various age categories and training levels, from three-year-old to Grand Prix-competitor. During four selection days the best foals and horses are selected for this one-of-a-kind auction.
Dates and locations Selection days:
- 25 May from 13.00 hrs onwards: foal selection at KWPN-centre in Ermelo
- 1 June from 13.00 hrs onwards: foal selection at Stallion Stud Van Uytert in Heerewaarden
- 6 June from 13.00 hrs onwards: selection dressage horses at KWPN-centre in Ermelo
- 10 June from 13.00 hrs onwards: foal selection at Tim Coomans Dutch Sport Horses te Oud Beijerland
Sign up for the selection days by sending an e-mail to info@excellentdressagesales.com and include the name of the horse/foal, pedigree, age, sex and if applicable achieved results and photo and/or video.
By now, the EDS team members, Nico Witte, Joop van Uytert, Tim Coomans and Joep Schellekens, have demonstrated their ability to breed, select, manage and train horses up to international top levels. The KWPN elite foal auctions – KWPN partners in sale – have the opportunity to submit foals and thereby distinguish themselves at the beginning of the auction season.
