Verden celebrates 70th anniversary at the 136th Elite Auction

This Saturday 12 October 2019 at 2:00 pm (CET) the Niedersachsenhalle opens its doors for the 136th Elite-Auction of the Hannoveraner Verband. A reason to celebrate is not only the 70th anniversary of the Verden Auction, but also the high-class collection of sport horses for dressage and show jumping, foals and two-year-old stallions.

Stunning Auction Collection

The collection of the 136th Elite-Auction definitely has a horse for everyone – from the talented three year-old future prospect up to adult and placed top sport horses that are immediately ready to compete in higher classes. 94 top-class riding horses include a large number of licensed and tested stallions, premium mares and mare-show winners. Buyers from all over the world are offered a wide and high-quality range of show jumpers and dressage horses as well as horses for the eventing and hunter market.

One of the highlights of the dressage collection is the three-year-old gelding L’Avion by Livaldon/Longchamp who won bronze at the 2019 Bundeschampionate in Warendorf. Another special offer is the seven-year-old Quaterhall/Prince Thatch xx offspring Quaterpast with the head number 52. This big framed dark bay gelding achieved victories on advanced level in the Netherlands and already shows his talent playing with Grand Prix movements.

Besides the show jumping collection has two special jumpers that are ready to go in the higher classes. The eight-year old licensed stallion Chereon by Clinton/Eklatant is multiple victorious in 1.40 meter competitions and placed in 1.45 meter parcours. Liberty Lux by Lupicor/Dunhill H is another 1.40 meter winner and the catalogue number 55 of the Elite-Auction jumping collection.

The presentations on Wednesday, October 9, will be broadcast live on the Internet. The show jumping horses have their presentation at 1 pm (CET), the two-year old stallions follow on 4 pm in hand and the dressage horses at approximately 4:30 pm.

As in previous years, a selection of about 20 two-year-old stallions will be added to the range. 47 highly interesting foals with modern pedigrees round off the extraordinary offer.
