The 5th Oldenburger Online Special Edition presented an international online auction with first-class results. Both the riding horse and foal collections were highly sought after by Oldenburg friends from abroad.
Roncevall OLD
The 9-year-old Roncevall OLD (by Romanov - Donnerhall - Darling), bred by Jantje Borgers and presented by by Crisol Sporthorses from Madrid/Spain, where Cristina Figueroa de Bourbon is based, shone as the acclaimed price leader in the riding horse collection.
Roncevall OLD sold for 100,000 euro to a dressage rider from Austria. Roncevall OLD was reserve shampion of 4-year-old riding horses in Spain. Dam Doratha is sister to the Intermediaire II successful DMJ Rubens (Martina Hannöver-Sternberg). Sire Romanov was reserve champion at the Oldenburg licensing and won team silver at the 2013 European Championships in Herning under Hans Peter Minderhoud.
Fendi (by Feinrich x Sandro Hit) stays in Germany for 65,000 euro. Jumper Tyson (by Toulon x Cassini) sold to Switzerland for 37,000 euro, just like Castilliano (by Cascadello x Contendro).
Fine Diamond (by Follow Me x Diamond Hit) sold for 35,500 euro. An American bought Filandro (by Finest x Sandro Hit) for 31,000 eurp and Rockstad (by Radisson x Furst Romancier) for 28,000 euro. Finest Hit (by Finest x Sandro Hit) moves to Austria for 25,500 euro. A French buyer acquired Demi Glace (by Devonport x Irdenkreis) for 25,000 euro and Indian Beauty (by Indian Rock x Rohdiamant) for 23,000 euro. Fior di Grano (by For Dance x Dimaggio) moves to the U.K. for 25,000 euro. A Belgian customer secured Der Schufro (by Devonport x Don Schufro) for 17,000 euro.
The average price of the sport horse was 28,260 euro. 25 sport horses fetched a total of 706,500 Euros. 13 Oldenburg riding horses will have international careers, they moved to Belgium (2), France (2), Great Britain (2), Austria (2), USA (2), Italy (1), Russia (1), and Switzerland (1).

The top prize in the foal collection was the strong moving Follower (by Follow Him's Schönweide - De Lorean - Sir Donnerhall I), bred and presented by Wieghaus-Vorwerk GbR . The stallion prospect sold for 45,000 euro to a renowned and highly successful stallion raiser in Lower Saxony near the river Aller.
The second most expensive foal was filly Fantastica (by For Romance x Quando Quando) which moves to Sweden for 36,500 euro.
The best selling jumper foal was Cornetto Blue (by Cornet Obolensky - Chacco-Blue - Indorado), which sold for 26,000 euro to a German jumping sponsor.
A Danish buyer got Feingold (by Feinrich x Vivaldi) for 26,500 euro, Je T'Aime (by Jameson x Sir Donnerhall) sold for 23,500 euro,
A Hungarian customer secured Dynamic Select (by Dynamic Dream x Furstenball) for 15,500 euro.
Germans bought Frida Kahlo (by Foundation x Sir Donnerhall) for 15,250 euro, Visonär (by Vitalis x Escolar) for 13,250 euro, Demoiselle (by Dynamic Dream x Governor) for 12,500 euro, and Beuys (by Bonds x Hotline) for 12,000 euro.
Deep Love (by Donier x Sir Donnerhall) moves to Belgium for 12,500 euro, colt Especially (by Escolar x Desperados) found a new home in Spain for 13,750 euro, while Franklin's Best (by Franklin's Love PS x Zonik) will go the U.S.A. for 11,000 euro.
A total of 31 foals sold at auction and achieved an average price of 14,427 euro. 13 Oldenburg young stars will bring joy abroad in the future. They moved to Hungary (5), Sweden (2), USA (2), Belgium (1), Denmark (1), Austria (1) and Spain (1).
