The 5-year old Glamdale WP, the 6-year old Vitally PCH, and the 7-year old Taycan W became the winners of the Bundeschampionate qualifier held at the Holtkamper Dressage Days in Bielefeld-Holtkamp on 10 May 2024.
Fourteein pairs contested the 5-year old L-level test judged by Marret Maucher, Harry Lorenz and Kathrin Gottenstroeter. Stefanie Ahlert and Heike Pleines' Westfalian breeding stallion Glamdale WP (by Glamourdale x Millennium) aced the class with 8.48 points. He scored 8.5 for walk, 8.8 for trot, 8.4 for canter, 8.2 for submission and 8.5 for general impression.
In the 6-year old division there were 12 pairs that got assessed by Maucher, Gottenstroeter and Stefan Steinkemper. The winner was Anna Schölermann aboard Nancy Gooding's Vitally PCH (by Vitalis x Don Schufro). They posted 8.6 in total and stayed well ahead of the competition. The liver chestnut stallion got 8.8 fro walk ,8.5 for trot, canter and submission and 8.7 for general impression.
The Holtkamp show also hosted a qualification class for 7-year olds which was won by Kira Wulferding on Brigitte Wittig's Oldenburg stallion Taycan W (by Tolegro x Breitling W). The pair topped the board with 8.38 points and got 7.7 for walk, 8.6 for trot, 9 for canter, 8 for submission and 8.6 for general impression.
