Ireland will be represented by two individual combinations at the 2025 European Pony and Children Championships this summer.
The championships take place in Le Mans from July 28th and two Irish combinations will travel to the French venue: Millie Cosgrave (Let’s Dance) in the Children’s competition and Kate Murphy (Top Hero 2) in Ponies.
Cosgrave and Let’s Dance have been producing in the arena, notably when bagging a win and two runner-up finishes in Addington this May. Most recently, Murphy was in fine form at Jardy, adding a runner-up effort in the Pony Individual competition to a pair of third-placed finishes.
Ireland's Dressage High Performance manager, Anne Marie Dunphy, said: “I am delighted to nominate Millie and Kate for this year’s European Championships. Both athletes have had excellent results throughout the selection period and I am looking forward to seeing them compete at Le Mans."
Ireland did not nominate any juniors, young riders, or Under 25 riders for the other age categories of the European Youth Championships.
