Ground Jury Appointed for 2026 North American Youth Championships

The FEI has appointed the ground jury for the 2026 North American Youth Championships on 279 July - 2 August 2026.

They will be held at Flintfields Horse Park in Traverse City, MI. 

The FEI North American Youth Dressage Championships (NAYC) is the premier equestrian competition in North America for children (ages 12-14), juniors (ages 14-18), young riders (ages 16-21), and U25 (ages 16-25). Young equestrians vie for team and individual FEI medals in the Olympic equestrian disciplines of dressage and show jumping. 

The ground jury includes:

  • Henning Lehrmann (GER) - president U25
  • Janet Foy (USA) - president YR
  • Alexandre Lacerda Leão (BRA) - president JR
  • Elisabeth Max-Theurer (AUT) - president CH
  • Lee Tubman (CAN)
  • Agnieszka Majewska (POL)
  • Cesar Torrente (COL)
  • William Warren (USA)

The reserve judge is Gabriel Armando (ARG)

The foreign technical delegate is Mariette Withages (BEL), the chief steward is Petra Choc (AUT).
