Henk van Bergen selects 12 Belgian combinations for his clinics

On 11th and 12th April prominent Belgian dressage riders assembled at breeding farm De Nayakkes in Zemst, Belgium, to challenge for a vacancy in the monthly clinics of Dutch dressage trainer Henk van Bergen.

Sponsored by the Dressage Promo Team Belgium, Henk van Bergen was assigned to select 10 riders for "Project 21" during those two days. 

Main purpose of Project 21 is that the best horses should be kept with the its riders so that a future can be build up and a team formed for international competitions. Assisted by O-judge Mariette Withages and Carlos de Cleermaeker, Notable Dutch dressage trainer Henk van Bergen selected the following combinations: Peter de Mulder with Jalisco, Wim Verwimp with Karsten and Weltmeyer II, Lawrence Raemdonck with Power Black du Sart, Stefan van Ingelgem with Bravurnik and Remy Martin, Dominique Mohimont with Diorelli, Verena Burger with New One, Dominique Rombouts with Lys's Success, Ilke Verdegem with Prins, Philippe Jorissen with Pikante Pia and Orage and Els Cooremans with Amalon. A selection was made among riders competing between M and PSG level (Third - PSG level)

The Dressage Promo Team Belgium strives for a good relationship between the Belgian Equestrian Federation, the Dressage Commission, judges, show organizers and all dressage sport enthusiasts. Upcoming DPTB clinic at De Nayakker is 24th April with Francois de Sutter as clinician.
