Anky van Grunsven announced today that she and her title sponsor, IPS Horse Group, have parted ways. This news was published on her official website. Van Grunsven took the initiave to end the contract in full agreement with IPS.

The IPS Horse Group was established in 2005 and sponsored Van Grunsven for four years. The concept of IPS originated at a meeting with Jan Kelders, Joop van Uytert, Sjef Janssen, Anky van Grunsven, Ad Valk and Erwin Samuels at the 2003 KWPN Stallion Competition in Weert.

Two years later the group was founded and it aimed to invest in quality dressage horses (mainly stallions) as well as sponsor Van Grunsven and Hans Peter Minderhoud. The executive IPS team consists of Joop van Uytert, Ad Valk and Erwin Samuels.

Van Grunsven ended her affiliation with IPS and the prefix IPS will now be dropped from all of Anky's show horses, except IPS Painted Black, which is owned by members of the IPS group.
