Blue Hors Don Caruso and Solos Landtinus to Move to Oak Hill Ranch

Ridehesten.com reported that the licensed stallions Blue Hors Don Caruso and Solos Landtinus will both be moving from Denmark to Richard Freeman Jr.'s Oak Hill Ranch in Folsom, Louisiana, USA.

Don Caruso has been sold to America, Solos Landtinus will be standing at stud in the U.S.A as of September 2010.

Blue Hors Don Caruso is by Don Romantic x Bolero and is bred by Marie Findsen. The 10-year old liver chestnut stallion covered only a limited amount of mares in Denmark (64 registered offspring after breeding in 2004, 2005 and 2008. At the 2010 Danish Young Horse Championships, two Don Caruso offspring stood by placing first and second: Cool Girl D and Halgård's Ca'pri.

The 14-year old dark bay stallion Solos Landtinus will leave the Støvring Stallion Depot of Irene Braun and Niels Grøndahl in Denmark on 1 September 2010 after the breeding season.

The Oldenburg branded stallion by Landadel x Argentinus has stamped Danish warmblood breeding and produced medal winning mares and licensed stallions in dressage and show jumping. He was proclaimed Danish Elite Stallion in 2003 and Stallion of the Year in 2005. His most famous get includes Minna Telde's Grand Prix mare Larina Høm and Patricia Bottani's small tour horse Pacito Vedstedholm.
