Based on the performances of the Dutch youth riders at the international competition in Compiegne, France, last weekend, Dutch pony, junior and young rider Chef d'equipe Tineke Bartels promoted two riders in the Dutch teams.
Pony rider Dana van Lierop got promoted to the Dutch A- pony team with the German Riding Pony mare Day of Diva (by Don't Worry). They achieved their last needed score (71.01% in the Compiegne team test) to get submitted to the A-team and be considered for the pony team that will compete at the 2011 European Pony Championships in Poland in July. Van Lierop is already a member of the Junior A-team.
Dutch young rider Kim Huizer and her tall Dutch warmblood Oxford (by Topas) scored 67.93% in the team test in France and were eligible to be submitted to the Dutch Young Riders team.
