The 5-year old Dante Weltino and the 6-year old De Champ won the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the regional dressage show at Silverthof in Oer-Erkenschwick, Germany, on 23 June 2012.
In the 5-year old division the Swedish Therese Nilshagen and the Oldenburg reserve champion Dante Weltino (by Danone x Welt Hit II) topped the leader board with an 8.3 overall score. Andreas Hubertus and the Prost family's Westfalian mare Fire Moon P (by First Final x Weinberg) finished second with 8.0.
In the 6-year old division Paul Schockemohle's head dressage trainer Anja Engelbart won aboard the Oldenburg licensed stallion De Champ (by Daddy Cool x Caprimond), scoring a total of 8.0. The elegant bay stallion, which is owned by Tony Pidgley and Paul Schockemohle, scored 8 for trot and canter, 8.5 for walk, 7.5 for submission and 8 for general impression. Ann Christin Wienkamp and the Hanoverian mare Fabriana (by Furst Heinrich x Natiello xx) finished second with 7.7. The combination received 7.5 for trot, submission and general impression and 8 for walk and canter.
