German renowned dressage rider Wolfhard Witte has been appointed new head of the State Stud Cele in Adelheidsdorf, Germany. Witte succeeds Joachim Winter.
Winter covered the position of head at the Celle state stud for years in the role of "Head Saddle Master" but he offered his resignation on his 50th birthday. As manager of the Celle stud, Winter wanted to change direction in his career and decided to focus on the training of show jumping horses and riders.
Witte will be taking over Winter's function and will have Henning Steinhoff as his wing man.
